After their much anticipated game against Pakistan was washed out because of rain, India will look to seal their place in the Super 4 with a win against Nepal on Monday, September 4.

Despite the early loss of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli against a relentless Pakistan attack, the Indian middle-order, led by Ishan Kishan and Hardik Pandya responded positively and helped their side post a competitive 266 on the board.

However, the Pakistan innings couldn't commence as rain god had some other plans and the match was called-off.

Talking about Nepal, the debutants in the Asia Cup competition, they started off well against Pakistan in the tournament opener, but scintillating centuries from Babar Azam and Iftikhar Ahmed pushed them towards victory. The batting lineup failed to deliver the goods and now the team will be eager to put on a better show against India.
